1. How do I find out which service I am subscribed to or how to learn more about the service?
For more information on the service related to the 5 digit short code, text the word HELP. You will receive information about service name, pricing, support website, subscription type, content type, 0800 number and renewal dates.
2. How can I unsubscribe immediately?
To cancel the subscription, send U 201 to 801823. For Zain users at 2.3 riyal daily (VAT Included). To unsubscribe at any time, send U 201 to 701043. For Mobily users at 2.3 riyal/ daily (VAT Included). To unsubscribe at any time, send U 201 to 606750.
3. I didn’t know that I have to pay for the service:
We clearly communicate in all our advertisements (on our website, in our commercials and in our welcome message, either visually and/or verbally) what the price per message is and how people can unsubscribe from our service.
4. I never subscribed to any of your services:
Our services can only be subscribed to if a double opt in is performed on the phone that was subscribed. This means a user must double confirm their request to subscribe. This can only be done if the user has the actual phone in hand as we will send instructions in a text message to this phone on how to confirm the subscription. Please also note that we clearly communicate in all our advertisements (on our website, in our commercials and in our welcome message, either visually and/or verbally) that you have to be the legal owner and bill payer to subscribe.
